What to know before booking
Clear expectations from the beginning, so you can choose the level of support that feels right for your wedding.
Ever After Planning
Due to the comprehensive nature of this package, Ever After must be booked a minimum of 4 months before the wedding date. Earlier booking is strongly encouraged to allow plenty of time for the full planning experience.
Booking Timeline
Preferred vendor recommendations are included. Clients are welcome to select vendors outside of the Once Upon a Plan preferred vendor list; however, all vendor selections, contracts, payments, and agreements remain between the client and the vendor.
Preferred Vendors
Planning and vendor coordination begin on your contracted start date and continue through the wedding day. Services are limited to those outlined within the Ever After package and your signed agreement.

Potential Additional Costs
Décor and detail placement may be overseen as outlined in your package; however, Once Upon a Plan does not assume responsibility for the storage, transportation, safekeeping, or collection of personal belongings.
Vendor or service fees, décor and equipment rentals, additional event staffing, extensive hands-on setup or breakdown labor, travel outside the included service area, and services requested beyond the package scope are not included in the base package price.

Booking Timeline
Existing Plans & Vendors
Designed for couples who have already begun the planning process but need professional support bringing the remaining details together. Your specific planning start date and remaining needs will be established at booking.
Once Upon a Plan will work with the plans and vendors already selected by the client. Existing vendor selections, contracts, payments, and agreements remain between the client and each vendor.
Planning and coordination begin on your contracted start date and continue through the wedding day. Work completed, decisions made, or vendor arrangements established prior to that date remain the client's responsibility.
Additional Planning Support
Potential Additional Costs
Additional planning services, vendor or service fees, décor and equipment rentals, additional event staffing, extensive hands-on setup or breakdown labor, travel outside the included service area, and services requested beyond the package scope are not included in the base package price.
Services not included in the Story-in-Progress package—such as budget guidance, wedding design and aesthetic development, décor and styling guidance, guest and RSVP support, and invitation or stationery guidance—may be available as additional services.

Final Chapter focuses on reviewing existing plans, developing and distributing the wedding-day timeline, confirming final details, coordinating vendors, and managing the execution of your ceremony and reception. Full or partial wedding planning not included.

Designed for couples who have completed the majority of their wedding planning and need professional support bringing their plans together for the wedding day. Key vendors, major planning decisions, and essential wedding arrangements should already be established before coordination begins.
Booking Timeline
Additional planning assistance, vendor or service fees, décor and equipment rentals, additional event staffing, extensive hands-on setup or breakdown labor, travel outside the included service area, and services requested beyond the package scope are not included in the base package price.
Vendor communication and coordination begin during the designated final coordination period outlined in your agreement. Ongoing vendor management throughout the wedding planning process not included.
